Responsibility: 

• Strategic Network Design: Lead the design of a multi-tiered transportation network (Hubs, stations) based on in-depth flow analysis and market data, optimizing for speed, cost, and cold chain integration.
• Process & Tech Innovation: Standardize GDP-compliant SOPs for all operations (receiving, sorting, delivery, incident handling) and drive the adoption of advanced logistics technologies (TMS, route optimization, real-time tracking). 
• Resource Management: Oversee the selection and performance management of external transportation partners, and optimize our in-house fleet for cost-efficiency and quality. 
• Operational Excellence: Direct daily network operations to meet KPIs for lead time, cost, and successful delivery rates, providing decisive leadership in resolving critical incidents. 
• Cost Optimization: Develop and manage the transportation budget, continuously identifying and implementing solutions to enhance cost-efficiency. 
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing nationwide transportation team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 

Requirements: 

• 8-10+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Minimum 4-5 years in a Manager role, with proven experience leading large teams and multi-regional networks. 
• Highly Preferred: Experience from top express/Last-mile transportation OR pharmaceutical service firm/FMCG firms with extensive distribution systems. 
• Expertise: Deep understanding of last-mile delivery and network management. 
• Strong knowledge of GDP and GSP standards is a significant advantage. 
• Proven experience deploying logistics technology projects (TMS, Route Optimization)
