1. Recruitment (60%)
- Responsible for recruiting assigned positions based on recruitment plans and additional requests from departments.
- Comply with and oversee the recruitment process.
- Develop and expand recruitment channels, candidate databases, and blacklist databases.
- Propose and develop recruitment channels according to annual needs.
- Assist in preparing annual recruitment plans.
- Perform onboarding tasks for new employees.
2. Employer Branding (30%)
- Collaborate in building the GONSA Recruitment Team and GONSA Recruitment LinkedIn page.
- Network and participate in Career Fairs at universities alongside the Communication Department.
3. Reporting (5%)
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports.
- Report on the effectiveness of recruitment channels.
- Report and compile statistics on results after each participation in Career Fairs.
4. Others (5%)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director/Manager.
