• Partner & COD Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier payables, sales collections, COD funds, and execute timely remittals per contractual agreements.
• Commercial Performance Reporting: Prepare multi-tier periodic reports (Sales, Stock movement, Gross Margin, P&L, Cash Flow) and analyze channel efficiency.
• Fee Calculation & Billing: Audit commercial terms to calculate distribution service fees, warehousing, and logistics costs with high precision.
• Expense Validation: Review and process selling expense claims, verifying tax invoices and commercial documents to maintain policy compliance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Accounting to resolve ledger variances and optimize commercial policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, or related fields.
• 1 - 2+ years of relevant experience in Reconciliation, Commercial Finance, AR or Sales Operations (FMCG, Retail, Healthcare/Pharma, or Logistics/Distribution background is a strong plus).
• Advanced Excel skills with big data
• Exceptional attention to detail, structured analytical thinking, and assertive communication skills
