Order Management:

  • Receive and process purchase requisitions accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders to approved suppliers.
  • Track order status, monitor delivery schedules, and proactively address any potential delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders and related documentation.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete stock.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to understand inventory needs and forecasts.
  • Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation activities.
  • Identify and address potential inventory discrepancies.

Purchase Planning:

  • Assist in the development and execution of purchase plans based on demand forecasts and production schedules.
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to support effective purchasing decisions.
  • Contribute to the identification of potential supply risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Supplier Coordination:

  • Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers.
  • Assist in the evaluation of supplier performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize Excel to process and analyze purchasing and inventory data.
  • Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and purchasing activities.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to support process improvements.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to company policies and procedures.

Maintain organized and accurate purchasing records.

Other Responsibilities:

Assist with other procurement-related tasks as assigned.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in order management, inventory management, and purchase planning.
  • Demonstrated responsibility, discipline, honesty, carefulness, and meticulousness in previous roles, Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in office computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. Basic data processing and analysis skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous): Priority will be given to candidates with experience in Planning or R&D departments at Pharmaceutical or Cosmetic companies. Experience working with SAP ERP systems is a significant advantage
