JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Strategic Procurement Planning & Budgeting
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with GONSA’s overall business objectives.
- Formulate purchasing plans across various business cycles.
- Manage and monitor the procurement budget, ensuring strict compliance and cost-efficiency.
2. Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential suppliers.
- Lead contract negotiations regarding pricing, terms, and service conditions.
- Cultivate and maintain positive, long-term partnerships with suppliers to secure stable supply lines and competitive advantages.
3. Inventory Control & Distribution
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure they align with approved planning targets.
- Orchestrate the distribution of goods across regional warehouses to fulfill sales requirements and maximize inventory turnover.
4. Operational Excellence
- Supervise the end-to-end procurement cycle, from purchase order (PO) placement to final delivery.
- Ensure timely execution of all orders and maintain product quality standards.
- Proactively address and resolve supply chain issues, such as delivery delays, quality non-conformances, or price fluctuations.
5. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure all procured products and services strictly adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to conduct thorough quality inspections and evaluations.
6. Team Leadership
- Train, mentor, and supervise the procurement team.
- Establish clear performance KPIs, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive, timely feedback to foster professional growth.
7. Market Intelligence & Strategic Reporting
- Continuously monitor market trends and shifts within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis, performance metrics, and improvement proposals
