Main responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule purchases according to the specific needs of each branch.
- Place orders with suppliers, monitor and manage purchasing activities, and handle any issues that arise with suppliers.
- Prepare inventory reports and other reports as requested by the Manager.
- Track sales data, control inventory levels, provide monthly payment plans, and propose payment of due debts to suppliers.
- Review, update, and store supplier contracts, and conduct periodic evaluations of existing suppliers or assess new ones when applicable.
Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing and inventory management.
- Graduated from university with a major in Economics or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong negotiation skills, work management, and time management.
- Responsible, disciplined, honest, careful, and meticulous.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in Procurement positions or purchasing experience in pharmaceutical companies.
