JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Forecasting and Procurement
- Collect demand forecasts from the our Pharmacy chain (stores and clinics) and prepare periodic forecast reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly).
- Coordinate with Sales to adjust forecasts based on sales plans.
- Execute procurement and process payments to Suppliers after receiving goods.
Pricing Management
- Monitor market price fluctuations, competitor promotions, and supplier pricing; update the company‘s price database.
- Support pricing proposals, recommend selling prices, and develop promotion policies to balance profit and competitiveness.
- Timely update price information on the system.
Supply Planning and Logistics
- Generate PR/PO based on forecasts, optimize inbound schedules, and allocate stock to the GS68 chain/clinics.
- Track delivery progress and coordinate transport to optimize costs and ensure on-time delivery.
Supplier Relations
- Process contact requests, confirm orders, check documents, and supervise contracts (quantity, quality, deadline).
- Assist in handling issues (defective, expired, or missing goods).
- Negotiate pricing, payment/delivery terms to maximize company benefit.
- Maintain relationships and update supplier lists (strategic and backup).
Warehouse Operations
- Check documents, form, lot, and expiry date of inbound goods; ensure accurate system recording.
- Comply with storage principles and FIFO. Support periodic inventory checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Package, prepare, and distribute goods promptly to stores.
- Control inventory, propose transfers to prevent shortages/excess stock.
Compliance
- Ensure all supply activities strictly adhere to GDP regulations and standards.
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, supply chain processes, and relevant legal regulations.

Excellent team collaboration skills, ability to perform well under high-pressure environments, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Strong listening and reading comprehension skills, enabling effective communication across departments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experienced with warehouse/inventory management software.
