1. Business Development – Logistics Services
- Approach and introduce logistics services (warehousing, transportation) to potential clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close service contracts.
- Monitor the execution of signed contracts, coordinate with internal departments to ensure service quality and on-time delivery.
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities to expand the client base and market reach
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues during service delivery with professionalism and efficiency.
3. Contract Execution & Monitoring
- Monitor contract performance and service quality.
- Prepare quarterly, weekly and monthly reports
Job Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics sales or business development.
- Priority given to those with experience in the field of B2B sales, warehousing, or supply chain services.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or related fields.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare business reports, and track contract performance.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business email communication.
