1. Business Development – Logistics Services

  • Approach and introduce logistics services (warehousing, transportation) to potential clients.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close service contracts.
  • Monitor the execution of signed contracts, coordinate with internal departments to ensure service quality and on-time delivery.
  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities to expand the client base and market reach

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues during service delivery with professionalism and efficiency.

3. Contract Execution & Monitoring

  • Monitor contract performance and service quality.
  • Prepare quarterly, weekly and monthly reports

Job Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics sales or business development.
    • Priority given to those with experience in the field of B2B sales, warehousing, or supply chain services.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
    • Ability to analyze data, prepare business reports, and track contract performance.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business email communication.
  • Location: Ngoc Hoi, Thanh Tri, Ha Noi
