Business Development: Actively identify and reach out to new pharmaceutical brands to expand GONSA’s portfolio.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met with precision.
Sales Execution: Implement business plans to achieve individual revenue and volume targets.
Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen long-term partnerships through regular visits and performance reviews.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the Warehouse and Transport teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on competitor activity and pharmaceutical industry trends.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must bring a sophisticated understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience specifically in Pharmaceutical Distribution or Pharmaceutical Logistics (including transportation, warehouse leasing, or end-to-end supply chain)
Sector Expertise: Strong background in the Pharmaceuticals sector is required.
Compliance Knowledge: Must be familiar with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and GSP (Good Storage Practice) standards.
Network: Existing connections with pharmaceutical brands and manufacturers is a significant advantage.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and "hunter" mindset for finding new business.
