We’re Hiring: Customer Service Specialist

GONSA is looking for a Customer Service Specialist who enjoys helping customers and working with others to resolve issues.

📍 Location: Hiep Phuoc, Ho Chi Minh City
🗓 Working days: Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints by phone, Zalo, email, and company systems.

• Record requests and work with sales, order processing, warehouse, delivery, and other teams to resolve them on time.

• Keep customers updated and follow up until each issue is resolved.

• Report urgent issues, collect customer feedback, and prepare service reports.

• Keep customer information accurate and confidential.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably serving business customers. Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, distribution, or logistics is a plus.

• A college diploma or bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a related field.

• Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

• Patience, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.

• Good conversational English, proficiency in office applications, and experience with CRM or customer support systems.
