RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Content Strategy:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel content strategy covering SEO, paid advertising, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).

    • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with the company’s brand voice in Pharmaceutical Logistics and B2B services.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to produce industry-relevant articles, videos, and thought leadership content that drive awareness and qualified leads.

  • Event Marketing:

    • Plan, organize, and promote both online and offline events, including webinars, seminars, and conferences.

    • Coordinate event logistics, speaker engagements, and communication materials to enhance attendee experience.

    • Leverage events as lead-generation opportunities through post-event nurturing and CRM integration.

  • CRM & Analytics:

    • Manage and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy and segmentation for targeted communication.

    • Develop effective email scripts, outreach templates, and communication workflows that strengthen customer engagement.

    • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior metrics to optimize the marketing funnel and improve retention.

  • Sales & PR Enablement:

    • Support Sales and PR initiatives with persuasive marketing materials, sales decks, and press releases.

    • Collaborate with internal experts to develop storytelling content that highlights company strengths and differentiators.

    • Coordinate media relations and ensure consistent brand representation across public communications.

  • Budget Management:

    • Assist in planning, tracking, and analyzing the content marketing budget to ensure efficient spending and optimal ROI.

    • Monitor campaign costs and evaluate performance metrics to inform future strategic allocation.

    • Provide recommendations for cost optimization and improved marketing effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Mandatory: Bachelor‘s Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in Content Marketing, preferably within Pharmaceutical Logistics, Healthcare, or a related B2B industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Language: Professional proficiency in English (especially reading and writing for content creation) is essential.
  • Tools: Proficient with MS Office, Canva/Photoshop, and market analysis tools.
