1. Analysis and Development Planning:
   • Comprehend functional specifications and participate in requirements analysis sessions.
   • Research and apply appropriate technical solutions aligned with project requirements.
2. Programming and Testing:
   • Develop features according to requirements, focusing on technologies such as:
     • Basic multi-threading.
     • Job scheduling (cron-job) for simple tasks.
     • Basic data encryption and decryption.
     • Building and integrating REST APIs.
     • Basic socket programming.
   • Write clean, understandable code that adheres to established coding standards.
   • Perform unit tests and participate in integration testing.
   • Participate in optimizing source code and system performance.
3. Communication and Coordination:
   • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
   • Provide updates on progress, quality, and relevant system logic information; assist Business Analysts (BAs) in bug fixing as needed.
4. Documentation:
   • Participate in creating programming documentation.
   • Update documentation as source code changes occur.
   • Provide regular progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years‘ experience as a Web Developer. Strong understanding of web development principles and the Laravel framework.

• Proficient in software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

• Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and collaborate effectively with Business Analysts (BAs) and Database (DB) teams.

• Capable of analyzing feature requirements and developing features based on relevant algorithms.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to learn new programming languages.
