- Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employee data related to personnel information, transfers, promotions, terminations, contract renewals, performance reviews, training, etc.
- Labor Contract Management: Prepare labor contracts and appendices, monitor probationary periods, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Administer employee insurance programs: including social security, life insurance and health insurance plans.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefit programs, including reimbursements and payments, and propose improvements.
- Health Insurance Management: Manage health insurance enrollments, claims processing, and cost tracking.
- Personal Income Tax (PIT): Register tax codes for employees and dependents and prepare tax reports.
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare HR-related announcements, reports, and documentation as required.
Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a similar C&B role.

Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and social insurance regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
