RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, Strategy development and execution:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company’s revenue and profit targets.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans, including specific objectives and actionable plans.
- Analyze the market, competitors, industry trends, and new opportunities to formulate effective business strategies.
Business Operations Management
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of daily business operations.
- Ensure all business operations comply with the company’s policies and regulations.
Customer Relationship Enhancement
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Sales Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
- Set performance targets and evaluate employee performance.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly business reports for the executive leadership.
- Analyze business results and provide recommendations and solutions for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Logistics business sector, including transportation, warehouse leasing, end-to-end supply chain (Contract Logistics); experience in Pharmaceutical Distribution is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development management at the Manager level or higher.
