RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning, Strategy development and execution:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company’s revenue and profit targets.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans, including specific objectives and actionable plans.
  • Analyze the market, competitors, industry trends, and new opportunities to formulate effective business strategies.

Business Operations Management

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of daily business operations.
  • Ensure all business operations comply with the company’s policies and regulations.

Customer Relationship Enhancement

  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Sales Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
  • Set performance targets and evaluate employee performance.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly business reports for the executive leadership.
  • Analyze business results and provide recommendations and solutions for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Logistics business sector, including transportation, warehouse leasing, end-to-end supply chain (Contract Logistics); experience in Pharmaceutical Distribution is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development management at the Manager level or higher.
