Key Responsibilities:

Plan and run business strategies (50%)

· Develop and carry out business strategies to achieve company revenue and profit goals.

· Prepare annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly business plans including specific goals and action plans.

· Analyze markets, competitors, industry trends and new opportunities to enhance effective business strategies

Business Operations Management (15%)

· Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of daily business operations.

· Ensure business operations comply with company regulations and policies.

Customer Relationship Development (20%)

· Search and develop relationships with potential customers.

· Maintain and improve relationships with existing customers.

· Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and company

Sale Team Management (10%)

· Recruit, train and develop sales staffs.

· Establish work targets and evaluate the performance of employee.

Report and analyze (5%)

· Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly business reports for the Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor‘s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Import/Export, or a related field.

. Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in domestic transportation, warehousing, contract logistics, and/or import-export.

. Pharmaceutical industry experience or knowledge is highly desirable (training will be provided if necessary).

. Proven ability to think strategically, act quickly, and learn continuously.
