JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• ERP System Management & Operations
• Ensure system stability and security.
• Manage user access: assign roles, update permissions for personnel changes.
• Monitor APIs and control risks in new requests.
• Research and propose system optimization solutions.
• Development & Optimization
• Plan and execute system development/optimization projects.
• Create documentation (descriptions, test cases, user guides).
• Analyze and adjust reports related to the system.
• Train users on system functionalities.
• Support & Task Management
• Assist users, resolve tickets, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Prepare reports and organize meetings as requested by management.
• Manage system-related documents, contracts, and records.
• Follow company policies and explore other internal systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional Skills
• Understanding of business processes (Warehouse, Supply chain, Logistics function)
• Experience in implementing and operating application software related to TSM, WMS, Supply chain system
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Start up mindset and p
• Preferred (but not required)
• Experience in large-scale data systems and data warehouse implementation/support.
• Programming/testing skills are a plus.
