We are looking for an Enterprise Application Systems Manager to spearhead our digital infrastructure and act as the vital bridge between our technology and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will span 6 logical pillars:

System Lifecycle Management:Oversee the full lifecycle, configuration, and upgrades of enterprise platforms to keep them perfectly aligned with business goals. You will actively manage our core ecosystem, including:

• ERP (SAP 4HANA): Driving core business process integration and data integrity.
• Supply Chain & Logistics Suites: Ensuring seamless operations across DMS (Distribution Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and TMS (Transportation Management System).
• CRM: Optimizing OCS for real time tracking and performance.

IT Project Leadership:Plan, initiate, and drive complex IT projects, data migrations, and system rollouts across these core platforms from inception to successful completion.

Budget & Vendor Ownership:Control project budgets to maximize cost-efficiency and negotiate robust SLAs with external technology partners and system integrators.

Integration Architecture:Design robust, cross-platform integration solutions utilizing APIs and middleware to ensure seamless data pipelines between SAP, DMS, WMS, TMS, and OCS.

Proactive Operations:Maintain high system stability and security through proactive monitoring, minimizing downtime while delivering excellent user support and training across all modules.

Strategic Bridging: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating commercial and supply chain needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.

Qualifications

• A proven professional with a strong background in managing enterprise-grade systems, specifically with hands-on exposure to SAP and supply chain/logistics applications (DMS, WMS, TMS, OCS).
• Experienced in IT project management, complex systems integration, and vendor relations.
• A sharp, data-driven communicator who can easily translate complex technical architectures into strategic business insights.
