RESPONSIBILITIES
Tax Management (40%)
- Monitor, prepare, and submit periodic and ad-hoc tax declarations for the company and its branches (e.g., VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, license fees, and other taxes as regulated).
- Control invoices to ensure full compliance with e-invoicing regulations.
- Review documents, reconcile invoices with tax declarations, and ensure compliance with current tax policies.
- Reconcile tax declaration data with accounting ledgers and financial statements, providing specific explanations for discrepancies during the reporting period.
- Plan, forecast, and optimize tax costs while managing tax risks.
- Work directly with tax authorities during inspections and data explanations.
- Timely update on new tax regulations, providing guidance and training to department staff and other relevant departments.
Accounts Payable Management (25%)
- Oversee all domestic and international payment processes.
- Review payment requests to ensure documents are valid, legal, and compliant with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Track and manage records for bank loans, factoring, international payments, and bank guarantees.
- Check and reconcile transactions through payment intermediaries.
- Prepare cash flow plans for payments and coordinate with the Finance Department to balance capital needs.
- Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve related issues.
- Control and ensure accurate, complete, and timely data for the CM (Cash Management) and TR (Treasury) sections.
- Prepare cash outflow analysis reports
Fixed Assets Management
- Control documents for construction, procurement, handover, liquidation, and transfer of fixed assets (FA) and tools (T&T).
- Oversee the accurate, timely, and compliant recording, tracking, depreciation of FAs, and allocation of T&Ts.
People Management, Process, and System Management
- Assign, supervise, and evaluate the performance of staff in the AP, CM, and Tax teams.
- Train and develop staff capabilities to build a succession team.
- Propose improvements to accounting and tax processes, systems, and digital tools.
- Provide close support and coordination with other departments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Accounting Payable and Tax, with at least 2 years in a People Manager position.
- In-depth knowledge of Tax Laws, Accounting Standards, regulations on invoices and documents, international payments, bank guarantees, and management of fixed assets/tools and equipment.
- Experienced in working with Tax authorities, Auditors, and Banks.
- Experience with SAP HANA 4 is required. A technical mindset is a key advantage.
